Using spreadsheet to produce CDP indicator (Counter Daily Potential)

Stock Exchange and Market Analysis
Technical Analysis (10)

Counter Daily Potential (CDP) setup by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers - small Wills Wilde a very short-term operations analysis (J.Welles Wilder) established tools can be used as a reference now shares when the punch. J.Welles Wilder is also the inventor of the common stocks relative strength index (RSI). today, let us import Excel spreadsheet based on a mathematical formula of the CDP:
1.CDP t : demand reference value on day t
   CDPt = (2 * Ct-1 + Ht-1 + Lt-1) / 4
   C t-1 : closing price on day t-1
   H t-1 : the highest price on the t-1th day
   L t-1 : the lowest price on the t-1th day
2.AH t : the highest reference value on day t
   AHt = CDPt + (Ht-1 - Lt-1)
3.AL t : the reference minimum value on day t
   ALt = CDPt - (Ht-1 - Lt-1)
4.NH t : reference near high value on day t
   NH t = 2 * CDP t - L t-1
5.NL t : reference near low value on day t
   NLt = 2 * CDPt - Ht-1
The order of the five reference values is AH, NH, CDP, NL, and AL. Since the current stock is mainly to earn the difference on the day, the Counter Daily Potential system (CDP) provides the stock according to the previous day. The five reference values calculated, combined with the opening price of the opening price of the day as a reference for the trading position, is very suitable as a reference tool for the operation of the punch. Finally, in order to facilitate the readers to use the CDP indicator, the author is still based on Juyang (Template), continue to produce an analysis sample in Excel format for the reader's reference:
template10.xlsx
This sample provides candlestick charts, AH, NH, CDP, NL and in the second spreadsheet "strand chart" in addition to the five reference indicators of the Counter Daily Potential system in the "historical Price" spreadsheet. AL trend line for readers' reference. If you find any mistakes, please don't hesitate to correct me. Thank you!
In addition, the author made EXCEL spreadsheet for various indicators (moving average, RSI, BIAS, stochastic KD line, William indicator, MACD, CDP and Bollinger band) for stock analysis, and further produced candlestick chart. The graphs and other technical indicators are shown on the same chart. Interested readers can refer to Ref.1.
